An intensive program designed for students who wish to take official exam courses, such as IELTS, Cambridge (FCE, CAE, CPE), TOEFL, or TOEIC. The New Zealand College instructors use the latest in teaching methodology and keep up to date on modifications to exam content. NZC prides its self on the high success rate of students in these programs.

| Exam Preparation Course Content |
| Daily Classes are aimed at systemically improving the students' knowledge of English, and enhancing their examination techniques. The goal of the New Zealand College is not only to improve quantitative, but also qualitative results. In the afternoon, students have the choice of studying elective classes which complement their morning studies.
Students wishing to prepare for examiniation study general English in the morning with a specialized exam elective in the afternoon. |
| Course Length |
| Students wishing to write official Cambridge exams must join exam preparation courses for the entire program duration (ranging from ten to twelve weeks). Students wishing to take IELTS, TOEFL or TOEIC may join these courses on any Monday for any length of time. |
| Teachers |
| All instructors are university graduates with specialized ESL teacher training and overseas experience. |

| Exam Dates |
| Cambridge Exams (FCE, CAE, CPE) can be sat in December, March (FCE and CAE only) and June. TOEFL exams can be sat at any time at the computer testing center. TOEIC exam and IELTS dates vary. |
